Rondel Dagger

The rondel dagger was one of the most popular weapons of the late Middle Ages especially among the knights and man-at-arms. The word "rondel" refers to the round or disc-like guard and pommel which allowed for a secure grip, enabling the wielder to apply additional force during thrusting attacks and offered a good level of hand protection.
